[…] Golden Ears Cheesecrafters is the only place you’ll be buying your gooey cheeses! Though it technically isn’t a restaurant, we had to include this place simply because their cheese is to die for. Each cheese is handcrafted and made with artless ingredients, starting with farm fresh jersey milk. We love our wine and cheese nights, and Golden Ears Cheesecrafters has always made our cheese plates shine. Be sure to get a pound or two of the cheese curds for some homemade poutine! Located at 22270 128th Avenue. […]

We recently attended the Anniversary Harvest Event and it was wonderful! Sampled a number of items that were fabulous and purchased some of my favorite Brie cheese and Gluten-Free bread. Lots of various items to choose from and even had a free coffee from a local supplier that was the best cup of coffee I've had in a long time. There were farm animals and horse rides for the children and a couple of local musicians singing and playing guitar. It was a rainy day..but the ambiance made up for it!

Wonderful shop and love all the cheeses but especially the brie and velvet blue. Too bad I live on the island or else I would be there every week.

I actually met Kerry when I first took on the roll as Executive Chef at the Fairmont Waterfront. When I saw the pride and passion that he had for this business and talking about his family it was something that has resonated with me. I knew I wanted to be involved in their story and what they are about. The feeling in their production room, making the cheese, the camaraderie amongst Jenna, Emma and their team; everyone feels like a part of the family and everyone is committed to the same goals. It’s amazing what they’ve accomplished in such a short period of time since establishing in 2011. I’m very grateful for the partnership that we have established with Golden Ears Cheesecrafters. This is a great family that makes great cheese – these are the kind of relationships that I like to build.”

With such a focus on local food that supports our community it was a great addition when Cheesecrafters opened their doors. The Davison family has done a great job with community events and deliver a high quality of dairy products. As a chef and restauranteur, I am proud to support cheescrafters and our guests taste the quality in the end
