IN STORE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept returns (for in store credit only) or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to process a return or exchange any time during our farm store operating hours; you do not need to contact us ahead of time.

We cannot perform any return or exchange without your original receipt or order number. We recommend creating a customer account online when you purchase to ensure you never misplace a receipt. Labels/Tags must be with the item in order for us to process your return/exchange.

*Pre-order items, custom items, and VIP Cheese Club boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

At this time, we send out local deliveries on Wednesdays (Fraser Valley and North Fraser areas) and Fridays (GVRD and Tri-City areas). If you are selecting delivery to a Fraser Valley/ North Fraser community; order cut off is Tuesday at 11am. Orders placed after that time will be moved to a scheduled delivery for the following Wednesday. If you are selecting delivery to a GVRD/ Tri-City community; order cut off is Thursday at 11am. Orders placed after that time will be moved to a scheduled delivery for the following Friday.


If you are in a surrounding area that is not on our scheduled delivery, or would prefer a courier delivery, please select that option at the time of your online purchase.

Depending on the items in your order, your shipping/delivery date may fall into the following week to ensure you get the most fresh product in your delivery.
